SCALABILITY SCORECARD
Taking Action is Power

Taking action is power

This weekend I attended a Product Launch Formula Implementation Workshop. More than 150 successful online business owners from around the world! These are folks doing five, six and seven-figure product launches... and they're artists and dog trainers and knitters.

What makes them successful? They take action…

The secret to entrepreneurial success is: action is power.

We already know this, but most of us struggle to create a plan and then execute it.

Instead, we find excuses that hold us from taking action: "If only I had a better camera, then I could start making videos" or "As soon as I find a writer, then I'll create an eBook."

Finding a reason not to take action is easy. I know. I'm guilty of it too.

But this weekend, I found myself in the company of some truly inspirational entrepreneurs—online business owners who are growing multi-six figure online businesses... and they weren't a bunch of whizzkids!

These are ordinary people, many of them in their 50s or 60s, with no digital marketing or sales experience. They're artists, knitters, and dog trainers who are using tools like Linktree and Zapier to move people into sales funnels and convert them into paying customers.

The only difference between them and the millions of struggling business owners out there...they're committed to taking action.

On my Success Accelerator Program, where I take business owners through a six-step process to have more successful businesses in 90-days, half the program is about committing to taking action:

  1. Identify the goals or projects you absolutely must get done in the next ninety days for your business to succeed.
  2. Focus on three projects/goals for each month that will move you and your business toward success.
  3. Break each project/goal into 5 tasks and schedule them on your calendar.
  4. Complete one task every day, as entrepreneurs, we tend to over-commit. Rather than trying to tackle everything, just complete one task every day.
  5. Find someone to hold you accountable — we all need someone to help keep us on track. One of the best things about the PLF Community is its support and accountability. If you don't have someone to hold you accountable, join my Facebook Community. This week I'll upload a free 90-day planning template, and I'll be going live at noon EST every day to answer your questions.

SO, thought for the week:

Knowledge isn't power; taking action is power.

Have an excellent week.
