Hey, I'm Jean Moncrieff

In 2010, I was running my third business—a company generating eight figures in revenue—but instead of feeling successful, I was miserable. I was chasing every opportunity, constantly traveling, and at the center of every decision. Despite the hustle, my business was broken, and I realized it wasn’t valuable to anyone else. I had built a monster that I had to feed daily.

I hit a breaking point and realized I had two options: walk away with almost nothing or rebuild the business from the ground up. Over the next two years, I focused on transforming it into a valuable asset by building a leadership team, establishing systems, and creating recurring revenue. In the end, I sold the company for seven figures.
