Monty's Business Minute: Core Customer

My topic this morning is Core Customer… in a minute!

Last week I talked about strategy, and I gave you a definition from Michael Porter: strategy is a unique and valuable position involving a set of differentiating actions.

Developing a strategy is all about making decisions. You must decide what you’re going to do and what you’re not going to do… all in the context of your core customer.

A core customer is an individual person who will buy from your company at optimal profit - Robert Bloom.
